Ramaswami: WHILE the Election Commission of India has announced the schedule of elections to the Karnataka Legislative Assembly on March 20, 2013 and with this announcement the model code of conduct has come into effect, the government of Karnataka has violated this code of conduct by transferring the artists of Rangayana (Mysore) to Dharwad and various other places. Moreover, when the director of Rangayana protested against these transfers, he was removed from the post. This is a serious violation of the model code of conduct.
