Ramaswami: All legislations that Modi Government is trying to pass are in one way or the other are capable enough to kill either the spirit of the constitution or the value of constitutionalism in this country. The glaring example is that while the divorce related laws remain a part of civil procedure for rest of the communities, but for Muslims it becomes an exclusive matter falling under the purview of the criminal procedure.
