Ramaswami: In the midst of a 21-day nationwide lockdown in response to the spread of the coronavirus, migrant labourers working in different parts of the country have taken to the streets to go home. In the absence of any transport until March 28, crowds swelled at Delhi’s Anand Vihar bus stand on the day.
