Ramaswami: The agrarian movement in Kerala has made giant leaps. We have been able to bring changes in agrarian relations to benefit the majority. We have been able to bring down the feudal agrarian practices and establish new agrarian relations. The historic land reforms are a part of this. No other state in the country can claim this.
