Ramaswami: The cabinet secretary conducted a video conference with all the states in the wake of new cases being reported in other states too. He appreciated the efforts of Kerala’s health department and requested the principal secretary to make a presentation. Other states were directed to follow the Standard Operating Procedure developed by Kerala. Kerala was asked to support other states in their efforts in combating the virus as well.
